This is one of two seaside cottage which hosts 3 bedrooms and a loft/study with a queen sofa bed. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. On the second floor there is are two bedrooms and a full bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin and a bunkbed (twin over full). Also on the second floor is a study/loft that has a pullout queen sofa bed and a separate smart TV. Each bedroom has a smart tv and plenty of plugs to recharge your devices. Also on the first floor is a half bath.
Three year old home, very private (fenced in yard), 5 houses from the non-driving section of the beach, with a private heated pool. We also have the same exact house located directly across the street (Sand Dollar Beach Cottage). Renting both houses is perfect for large families. Specialty coffee shop at corner, bike rentals, restaurants and shops a few blocks away. 3 miles from downtown!
What our guests say they love the most about the house:
I encourage you to book direct with us and not on VRBO or Airbnb. The savings can be significant. Rates for this house are $500 a night most of the year and $600 during the summer. There is tax (11%) and a cleaning fee of $200. Well behaved pets are welcome- the fee is $200. Also during the winter months heating the pool is an option and is $10 a day. We hope you come and join us and experience the wonders of Saint Augustine.
This house is licensed, registered and inspected by the State of Florida, Saint Johns County, and the City of Saint Augustine.
